Victoria Riello
Victoria Riello is currently an Associate at the ICRC’s Legal Division. In her role, she has covered thematic files such as the protection of persons with disabilities, gender, non-State armed groups, migration, and the environment. She currently provides legal advice to operations across different contexts. She has worked on international justice, human rights and international humanitarian law in both government and NGOs.
Victoria holds an Advanced LLM in Public International Law from Leiden University, and a Bachelor of Laws from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro.
