Netta Goussac
Netta Goussac is Special Counsel at Lexbridge and an Associate Senior Researcher in the Governance of Artificial Intelligence Programme at SIPRI. She has worked as a legal and policy adviser for over fifteen years, including for the International Committee of the Red Cross and the Australian Government’s Office of International Law. Netta specialises in legal and governance frameworks related to the development, acquisition, and transfer of technologies of warfare, with a focus on autonomous weapons and artificial intelligence. Her practice is focused on working with states to develop and strengthen international rules, and to ensure their implementation in national legislation, regulations, and policies.
