Jody is a retired U.S. Army legal adviser and a lecturer at the University of Vermont, where he teaches courses on cybersecurity law & policy and energy & climate law. His writings include Armed Conflict, Women and Climate Change (Routledge, 2018) and Empirical Assessment in IHL Education and Training (Anthem, 2021).
