Ioanna Voudouri

Ioanna Voudouri is the Head of the Legal Department at the ICRC in Afghanistan since 2019. She has carried out field assignments with the ICRC in Iraq, Nigeria and South Sudan and has worked at the Legal Division at the ICRC Headquarters. Ioanna has also worked on refugee protection in Geneva and Greece. Ioanna holds a Law Degree from the University of Athens and an LL.M from the Geneva Academy and is admitted to the Athens Bar Association.
