Fabrice Lauper
Fabrice Lauper is Technology Adviser at the International Committee of the Red Cross. He is supporting the organization’s digital transformation effort, as well as innovation, looking for new ways to use new technologies for humanitarian operations, without exposing affected populations to increased digital risks.
Fabrice holds a Master degree in Physics from the Swiss Institute of Technology in Lausanne (EPFL), and prior to joining humanitarian organizations, he had an extensive experience in the ICT sector, including software development and project management, as well as product development in the consumer electronics sector.
