Kvitoslava Krotiuk
Kvitoslava Krotiuk is a Legal Adviser at the International Committee of the Red Cross, where she works for the project to update the Commentaries on the Geneva Conventions of 1949 and their Additional Protocols of 1977. She previously worked for the International Review of the Red Cross. Her experience prior to the ICRC includes work for organizations including the Small Arms Survey, the Geneva International Centre for Humanitarian Demining and UNHCR.
She holds an LLM in international humanitarian law from the Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights and a Bachelor of Laws from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
