Samit D’Cunha
Samit D’Cunha is a Legal Adviser at the International Committee of the Red Cross’s headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland. He has also worked as an Operational Legal Adviser covering Africa and, before that, the Americas, as well as a Protection Delegate in Colombia and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
Prior to joining the ICRC, Samit worked at the Canadian Red Cross as well as at the Geneva International Centre for Humanitarian Demining. He holds an LL.M. from the Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights.
