Sanjana Bhardwaj
Sanjana Bhardwaj is a qualitative researcher with a background in sociology, driven by interest social identity and the ways memory shapes our sense of self. Her work explores narratives and the power of people’s stories to reveal deeper social dynamics. Currently, she is a Researcher at the Global Migration Lab.
Sanjana has previously held research roles with the United Nations Development Programme and the University of Sydney Policy Lab. She is committed to applying sociological insights to research practice, with a focus on amplifying the voices of individuals from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds, ensuring their lived experiences are authentically represented in research and policy conversations.
