Sai is the Editorial Associate with the International Review of the Red Cross. Prior to joining the ICRC, he was a part of the editorial team for the International Organizations Law Review and also worked with the Kalshoven-Gieskes Forum for International Humanitarian Law as a student researcher. Sai holds an Advanced LL.M in Public International Law (with a specialization in International Criminal Law) from Leiden University, and a double bachelor’s in law from SASTRA University in India.
