Qiang Li

Dr Qiang Li is the Associate Professor of Law and Vice-Director for the Military Law Institute at China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL) in Beijing. He currently serves as the Deputy Secretary-General of Beijing Military Law Society and a member of expert board on lawfare for Chinese PLA Air Force (2015-2020). He specializes in public international law, specifically international humanitarian law (IHL).
