Ove Dullum
Ove Dullum served as a principal scientist at FFI (Norwegian Defence Research Establishment) from where he retired at the end of 2021. He has an MSc in physics from the Norwegian Institute of Technology in 1977. His main work during his career focused on the technology and effects of nearly all kinds of ammunition and how to mitigate those effects. During the negotiations that concluded in the Convention on Cluster Munition, he served as a technical advisor in the Norwegian delegation.
