Marnie Lloydd

Marnie Lloydd is a Senior Lecturer at Victoria University of Wellington and independent research consultant specializing in IHL and humanitarian policy. She previously worked as a Delegate and Legal Advisor with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Ethiopia, Chad, DRC, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, and Geneva covering the Middle East region. She holds a PhD in International Law from Melbourne Law School.
