Magnus Løvold
Magnus Løvold is Policy Adviser in the Arms Unit in the Legal Division of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). He has previously worked on humanitarian issues for the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and on disarmament and non-proliferation of weapons of mass destruction at the International Law and Policy Institute (ILPI). Until 2015, he was the Campaign and Advocacy Director of the International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons (ICAN) in Geneva. Løvold holds an MPhil in Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of Oslo in Norway.
