Jill Capotosto
Jill Capotosto is a Masters’ candidate at Yale University’s School of the Environment and the Jackson Institute for Global Affairs, specializing in climate change and international aid. Her research for the ICRC has focused on data governance, specifically data protection in the face of changing information landscapes. Prior to Yale, Jill worked with low-income urban communities across the U.S. to build local climate resilience, and helped grow a coalition of regional governments focused on climate change mitigation and adaptation. She has also worked internationally on programs to end illegal wildlife trafficking, supporting a nation-wide campaign to reduce demand for rhino horn as a Princeton in Asia Fellow in Viet Nam from 2014-2016.
