Jennie Phillips is a Doctoral Fellow with the Citizen Lab, University of Toronto. Her research aims to identify a distributed approach to developing crisis resilience within digital crisis response networks. She holds a MA in Education Technology and has worked with the Canadian federal government, international organizations, private and non-profit sector, and her company ellips design + consulting.
