Guillemette Moulin
Guillemette Moulin is a Legal Adviser for the Delegation of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) to the EU, NATO and the Kingdom of Belgium in Brussels, working in particular on issues related to sanctions and counterterrorism. She was previously an ICRC Field Team Leader in the region of Bolívar in the South of Venezuela (2020). Before that she worked for the ICRC as Head of Office in Sri Lanka (2019), and as Protection Delegate in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (2018). Before going to the field, she was an Associate at the Global Protection Affairs Unit at ICRC headquarters, and completed an internship in the Office of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court.
Guillemette Moulin is also a qualified lawyer who completed the Paris Bar School and held several positions in criminal law firms in Paris. She has law master’s degree from Paris II University. She speaks fluently French, English and Spanish.
