Goran Sandić
Goran Sandić is a Junior Researcher at the University of Belgrade – Faculty of Political Science in the field of international law and coordinator of the Belgrade International Law Circle. He defended his master’s thesis “Material Scope of Application of International Humanitarian Law to Cyberspace” at the University of Belgrade – Faculty of Political Science and holds an LL.M. in International Legal Studies from the American University Washington College of Law, Washington D.C., USA. His area of scientific interest is public international law, international humanitarian law, human rights, and new technologies and international law. He is a member of the European Society for International Law, the American Society for International Law, and the American Bar Association.
