Giorgia Pane is a Postdoc Researcher in International Law, and a Research Associate at IRIDIS-CNR (National Research Council – Italy). She has a PhD in “Human Rights: evolution, protection and limits” from the University of Palermo (Italy). Her research interests include: international human rights law, public international law, environmental law, business and human rights. She is the author of a book on “Justiciability of the collective right to a healthy environment: Between the protection of the environment and international human rights law” (Editoriale Scientifica, 2026).
