Éloïse Ouellet-Décoste
Éloïse Ouellet-Décoste is an Associate in the ICRC legal division. Prior to joining the ICRC, she worked at the office of the Special Rapporteur for Freedom of Expression of the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights and for LICADHO, a grass-roots human rights NGO in Cambodia.
Éloïse holds an LL.M. suma cum laude in International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights from the Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian Law and a law degree from McGill University (Canada). She has also acted as a law clerk at the Court of Appeal of Québec.
