Colin Walch

Colin Walch is Policy Adviser at the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and worked as a protection delegate in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Colombia. He was previously a researcher at the University of California, Berkeley and has a PhD from the Department of Peace and Conflict Research at Uppsala University.
