Chandni Dhingra
Chandni Dhingra is a Policy Adviser at the ICRC working on both policy and UN diplomacy. She has experience at the intersection of humanitarian action, human rights and development, and has a background in legal practice. Her previous work has focused on displacement, child protection, gender, and transitional justice, including in East Africa, South East Asia, and Australia.
Chandni holds a Master’s degree in Human Rights, Conflict & Justice from SOAS University of London, Bachelors of Arts (Philosophy and International Relations) and Laws from Monash University, and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Australian National University.
