Amir Khouzam
Amir works at the intersection of humanitarian action, development, and climate change in situations of conflict and violence. Currently based in Kinshasa in the DRC, he has a background in displacement, migration, and refugee issues. He has previously worked for the International Committee of the Red Cross, where he co-led its policy work on climate and conflict, as well as with NGOs and the UN. Amir holds degrees in human rights and humanitarian policy from Columbia University and political science and history from the University of Toronto.
