Bede Sheppard
Bede Sheppard is the Deputy Director for children’s rights at Human Rights Watch, where he investigates war crimes and abuses committed against students, teachers, and schools. During his time with Human Rights Watch, he has conducted investigations and advocacy on Cameroon, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Japan, India, Indonesia, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, the Philippines, Thailand, Ukraine, and Yemen.
