Milica Kolaković-Bojović, PhD is a Principal Research Fellow and the president of the Scientific Council at the Institute of Criminological and Sociological Research, Belgrade. Since 2021, she is also a member and since 2025 the president of the Advisory Committee on nomination of judges of the International Criminal Court. From 2017 to 2025 she was a member and a vice-president of the UN Committee on Enforced Disappearances. She has been a lecturer in several law schools and judicial academies in Western Balkans. She has published five books and more than one hundred articles, book chapters, research papers and analyses.
