Ting Fang is Field Team Leader with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Bamenda, Cameroon. He coordinates multidisciplinary operations and dialogue on humanitarian access, protection and crisis preparedness. He previously served as a Protection Delegate in Afghanistan and Nigeria and worked on responsible-business engagement in East Asia. He is also a Doctoral Researcher at the University of Bath’s Institute for Policy Research.
