Dr. Anna M. Gielas (Centre for Global Knowledge Studies, University of Cambridge) holds a PhD in History of Science from the University of St Andrews (United Kingdom). After earning fellowships at Harvard University and, more recently, the University of Cambridge, she is currently completing her second PhD. Her research focuses on the integration of emerging technologies in the armed forces, with particular emphasis on neurotechnologies.
