Cléa Thouin
Cléa Thouin is an advisor on Protection in the Digital Age with the ICRC’s Delegation for Cyberspace & Global Cyber Hub in Luxembourg. During her ten years of experience with the ICRC, she has held protection positions in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Iraq, Jerusalem, Lebanon, and Washington, DC among others. Prior to joining the ICRC, Cléa worked with non-governmental organizations in the field of human rights. Cléa holds a Master’s Degree in International Affairs from Columbia University.
