Saman Rejali
Saman Rejali works at the ICRC, where she is a Law and Policy Adviser. Previously, she was the Thematic Editor for the the ICRC Review and produced the journal’s edition on “Digital Technologies and War”. She also worked on content related to gender, intersectionality, humanitarian action and international law, and is the Co-Founder of the ICRC’s Gender, Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
Saman’s experiences prior to the ICRC focused on gender and equity in the framework of international law, policy and programmes, and she’s worked for organizations including the United Nations Population Fund, Gavi and the Kofi Annan Foundation.
