Rayyan Ghuma
Rayyan Ghuma is an Associate Legal Officer within the Information and Systems Management Section (ISMS) at the IIIM-Syria. She comes to the IIIM as a U.S.-barred attorney with a juris doctorate from the Howard University School of Law in Washington, D.C. She has dedicated her career to public service and has a background in indigent defense. She maintains a CIPP/E certification in European data protection through the International Association of Privacy Professionals and is currently focused on implementing data protection at the IIIM.
