Rachel Coghlan
Rachel Coghlan is a palliative care physiotherapist and a PhD candidate at the Centre for Humanitarian Leadership, Deakin University. Her research is exploring palliative care in humanitarian emergencies and crises, with a focus on conflict settings. Rachel has over a decade of experience undertaking policy, research and advocacy for international development and humanitarian NGOs, and is a palliative care researcher with the Palliative Nexus Research Group at the University of Melbourne. She is a member of the Palliative Care in Humanitarian Aid Situations and Emergencies (PalCHASE) network and on the executive committee of Australasian Palliative Link International (APLI).
