Eugenia Olliaro
Eugenia Olliaro is a Programme Specialist at UNICEF’s Chief Data Office and the global UNICEF lead of the Responsible Data for Children (RD4C) initiative – a joint endeavour with The GovLab at University of New York. Through the initiative, Eugenia advocates for a more responsible data handling culture within UNICEF and its partners. She supports those handling data for and about children across sectors to make sense of the complexity inherent in modern data to protect and promote children’s rights through the use of data. Eugenia has previous experience working in humanitarian and development contexts in Kenya and Tajikistan.
