David Loquercio
David Loquercio is the Head of the Accountability to Affected People Unit for the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), based in Geneva, Switzerland.
Before returning to the ICRC in 2018, David held various operational and managerial positions with both the ICRC and Oxfam GB, including Afghanistan, Chad, Zimbabwe, Kuwait, and IL/OT. He also worked as a humanitarian consultant and a senior manager for KPMG, focused on performance improvement for clients in the nonprofit sectors.
He holds degrees in international relations (Graduate Institute, Geneva), Management and Implementation of Development Projects (IDPM, Manchester), and International Humanitarian Action, (Université Catholique De Louvain)
