Caroline Baudot
Caroline Baudot is currently Policy Adviser in the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), leading the Movement’s campaign on War in Cities. She previously worked on protection and policy initiatives in Chad, Mali, DRC, Burundi, the Philippines, Nepal, Lebanon, Jordan, and Iraq with the Center for Civilians in Conflict and Oxfam. She also focused on human rights and international justice with Amnesty International, the Coalition for the International Criminal Court, and Human Rights Watch.
