Jelena Nikolic
Jelena Nikolic is the Operational Legal Adviser for Africa at ICRC headquarters. She joined the ICRC in 2012 and has occupied a number of different legal and protection positions in the headquarters and on the African continent, including secondment position to the African Union Peace and Security Department. She holds the LLM in international humanitarian law and human rights from the Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights.
