Tobias Ehret is a Senior Adviser on Urban Warfare at the Norwegian Red Cross. Previously, he worked for the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Iraq, Yemen, Ethiopia, and Somalia in functions related to protection, operations, and engagement with non-state armed groups. He holds an MA in Development Studies from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London.
