Eloïse Lefebvre
Eloïse Lefebvre is a Detention Adviser on persons deprived of liberty entity with the ICRC’s headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland. She started her carrier as a legal adviser for the prison system in Lyon, France. Since joining the ICRC in 2009, she has coordinated detention activities for the organization, mainly in Africa.
Eloïse holds a MA in Penology from the University Jean Moulin in Lyon (France) and a MAS of International Humanitarian Law (IHL) from the Academy of IHL and Human Rights in Geneva (Switzerland).
