Mika Lauhde
Mika Lauhde is the new Chief of Technology of the ICRC Luxembourg Delegation for Cyberspace, and has more than 30 years of experience on telecommunications and cybersecurity.
Prior to joining the ICRC, he was working as Vice-President, Cyber Security & Privacy, Global PACD in Huawei Technologies Co., LTD. His role included leading public relations team to understand and provide insight of governments cybersecurity and privacy policy, public opinions, threads, technologies, laws, regulations, inside information, situation, and trends.
Before joining Huawei, Mika spent 14 years working for Nokia, where he was leading Nokia’s cybersecurity and security functions globally. Additionally, he has worked as adviser for the European cyber agency (ENISA) and for EUROPOL (European police organization). He is also a visiting fellow at the Universities of Maastricht (the Netherlands) Milan (Italy) and IETF (Institution of Technology and Engineering, United Kingdom).
