Mr.Lampon Sulidet,President of Savannaket Provincial Red Cross Chapter and Mr.Roberto Sano,the ICRC Head of office,Vientiane chaired the Restoring Family Links (RFL) workshop in Savannaket province,in the Lao PDR , from 2-3 September 2015.
