A majority of us are now spending all our time at home — more than we ever did. For many, this means spending a lot of hours without carrying out much physical activity. This could adversely impact our health before we even realise it. In order to avoid this, staying active at home during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic is essential for our physical as well as mental wellbeing.

These simple sets of exercises are designed for upper extremities and can be performed by everyone. This workout will be useful for wheelchair basketball players in order to maintain strength and flexibility in their upper limbs.
