Over 60 teams comprising law students from across India will engage in a demonstration of their legal acumen and advocacy skills in a 3-day Moot Court jointly organised by the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and the Indian Society of International Law (ISIL).

Set across a hypothetical case, the moot problem reflects several contemporary challenges in the domain of International Humanitarian Law like health care in danger, child soldiers, attacks on humanitarian workers etc.

The 15th Henry Dunant Memorial Moot Competition – India National Rounds 2015 will thus be held from 18th-20th September 2015 at ISIL, V.K.Krishna Menon Bhawan, 9 Bhagwan Dass Road, Opposite the Supreme Court of India, New Delhi.

Hon’ble Justice Madan B Lokur, Judge, Supreme Court of India, will inaugurate the moot competition on 17th September 2015 at 5.30 pm at ISIL. The oral rounds of the competition are scheduled from 18-20 September 10.00 am onwards at ISIL.
