Trevor Keck oversees the Washington delegation’s strategic planning, programs, and staff. He previously led the delegation’s humanitarian policy team, which is responsible for building awareness and support for the ICRC’s operations with U.S. Administration officials, Congress, and other key stakeholders in the U.S. Prior to joining the ICRC in 2013, Mr. Keck was a Kabul-based researcher for the Center for Civilians in Conflict, an organization that conducts field research and advocacy on the protection of civilians. Mr. Keck holds a master’s degree in law and diplomacy from the Fletcher School at Tufts University, and graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Peace and Conflict Studies from Chapman University.
