Ms. Gouthro started in the Washington managing the delegation’s finances before taking the role of philanthropy officer. In 1996, Ms. Gouthro began her career at the ICRC in the capacity of the Administrator in the Regional Delegation for Ukraine, Belarus, and Moldova in Kiev. Prior to this, Ms. Gouthro worked as administrative manager at the Bank Société Générale in Ukraine as well as Administrator/Donor relations manager at Handicap International US. She holds a master’s in economics from the University of Economics and Law in Ukraine and a Master of Science in Emergency Management from the University of Maryland.
