In 2010, Ms. Gouthro joined the ICRC’s Washington delegation, where she managed the delegation’s finances before transitioning to the role of Philanthropy Officer within the Partnership Department in 2023. She began her career with the ICRC in 1996 at the Regional Delegation for Ukraine, Belarus, and Moldova in Kyiv. Ms. Gouthro holds a master’s degree in economics and a Master of Science in Emergency Management.
