As a financial institutions Partnership Specialist, Estefania Calderon supports and strengthens the ICRC’s current and prospective engagement with the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). Previously, she worked on modernization programs with international organizations and governments, including Ecuador. Ms. Calderon holds a master’s degree in International Relations from Simón Bolívar University, and a professional certification in Design Thinking from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
