Lucas Keene serves as the main link for the ICRC in its relationships with the American Red Cross and the Canadian Red Cross. He is responsible for fostering strong partnerships and ensuring the Red Cross Movement in the U.S. and Canada work together effectively and advises the delegation’s leadership on Movement dynamics and trends. Prior to joining the ICRC, Mr. Keene spent nearly two decades at the U.S. Department of State, focusing on humanitarian assistance policy, programming, and analysis. He attended the George Washington University, focused on International Politics and Geography.
