Ms. Di Ruggiero leads a small team supporting the ICRC’s relationship with organizations headquartered in Washington, including the U.S. State Department, the World Bank, and the Inter-American Development Bank.  Prior to joining the ICRC, she worked with the GWU’s Elliott School of International Affairs, in real estate, with the US Government for over a decade on humanitarian issues, with the World Bank, and with the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS).  She holds an MSFS from Georgetown University and was a Foundation Fellow at the University of Georgia.  She speaks Hungarian, English, and French.
