Donetsk, Ukraine. Feb 23th, 2014. The operating block doesn't have any windows left and has been covered by bags of sand. A view inside the hospital number 21 which is located on the Kievsky Rion district. This hospital has been under constant shelling since the end of may as violent fighting erupted between Pro-Ukrainian forces and Pro-Russian forces to take control of Donetsk's airport.
