The Somali Red Crescent Society (SRCS) was created in April 1963 and has been partnering with the ICRC in Somalia since the late 1970s The SRCS provides health and tracing services to restore family links all across Somalia. It has more than 19 branches countrywide and close to 130 sub branches with more than 4’600 volunteers. The photos below show some of the activities carried out by the SRCS over the years.
