This is the prayer of the survivors of Hiroshima and Nagasaki – also known as “hibakusha”. They came together to share their painful memories, and to sing in protest at the terrible events that they can never forget – like how so many people looked relatively well after the bombing, then suddenly got very ill and died from radiation sickness.
