The International Committee of the Red Cross in New Delhi has started a series of radio program in partnership with OneWorld South Asia. The series broadcasted in All India Radio’s (AIR) FM Rainbow India channel i.e. 102.6 MHz. will aim at enhancing the awareness on humanitarian issues in conflict situations through participatory radio communication. AIR is one of the world’s largest Public Service Broadcasters. Its network of over 350 stations broadcasts programs in 150+ languages/dialects, and reaches 99% of the country’s population.
